At Liberty, we’re proud of the vibrant community and rich history of agriculture and development that surrounds us. That’s why our schools offer focuses on agriscience, arts, communication, dual language immersion, leadership, International Baccalaureate programs and STEAM.
The more than 4,500 students in Liberty Elementary School District (LESD) get to choose their own paths. Our seven schools serve students in kindergarten through grade 8 and are tailored to serve students based on their interests.
Liberty is a careful steward of taxpayer money, winning multiple awards for fiscal responsibility, including the Government Finance Officers Association Award for Excellence in Financial Reporting. The most recent Arizona Auditor General report also gives LESD high marks for keeping administration costs low, and therefore putting more funding into our classrooms.

The salary will be in the range of $180,000 plus an excellent benefit package. The final salary for the successful candidate will be negotiated and determined based upon proven experience, qualifications, and meeting Board criteria.
